To book a show at Acadia Cafe you can provide one of the following forms of demo:CD

Your demo tape or CD will not be returned to you.
Acadia does not purchase music licensing from BMI/ASCAP/MAFIA/SESAC, musicians can only play their own or public domain material. Make sure all musicians playing with you know this.
Acadia is a performance pub with a stage.
House provides the PA, and soundman.
Starting August \'08 there will be no cover/door charge. While musicians play they will be paid 15% of BAR sales after the first $150 and up to $1500 (15% between $151 and $1500). If BAR sales exceed $1500 Acadia will pay a total of $300. Musicians and/or Soundman will also -pass the hat- for the performers. We feed each musician (one meal item) and two Rogue beer tickets (if old enough - otherwise a couple cokes).
Most calendar dates are ONGOING SERIES (click the tab on left) and are run out of house. Series organizers do not compare calendars - do not book SERIES shows closer than a month apart.
Use the CONTACT button on site map for booking questions. A link to your music helps. Only send CDs if you are granting Acadia FREE LICENSE to play your music (see below).
We REQUIRE musicians to list bookings on www.tcmusic.net (FREE LISTING.) This automatically updates acadiacafe.com.

You MUST register your band/self before you can post gigs on www.tcmusic.net.

We play your music (if appropriate) inside Acadia during normal business.
NO BOOKINGS ARE FINAL UNTIL CONFIRMED BY BOTH PARTIES IN WRITING (email works) AND YOU HAVE LISTED THE SHOW ON www.tcmusic.net.
Please respect Acadia\'s position on NO LICENSED MUSIC COVERS (give a copy of the set list including title and composer to the sound person before playing).
